Today we had a workshop in Lycksele where our new GPS unit was connected to Hololens for the first time. Anders Markstedt with three colleagues from CGI in Umeå, together with our project partner Sokigo, tested how our GPS unit works with Hololens.
We will receive positioning with half-meter precision, as well as direction via digital compass – all in order to use Hololens georeferred outdoors in various applications.
