Today, the app Touch Point that we developed together with Gustaf Wennerström and Viktor Åhlund was tested. The app guides the user through sights in Skellefteå. You interact with the app through messages and the object in question tells its story and answers in a humorous way, unlike a classic information board.
The app uses a profound chatbot that allows you to train each object individually. The app is made to be scaled up and used in different cities. Together with Visit Skellefteå and a reporter from Norran, we made a demo of the app and then we discussed with Visit Skellefteå how the app can be applied and scaled up.
